AVED Sound Baths offers structured sound experiences designed to support rest, relaxation and nervous system balance.

Modern life rarely gives us the opportunity to properly slow down. Our sessions provide a calm environment where participants can step away from daily demands and experience deep rest through sound and vibration.

There is no pressure to meditate or perform, simply an invitation to lie down, listen and allow the body to relax.

AVED offers group sessions, private bookings, corporate wellbeing events and adapted sessions for individuals with additional sensory needs. These adapted sessions provide a quieter, more predictable experience with adjustments such as lower sound levels and smaller groups.

Based in Harefield and surrounding areas, AVED Sound Baths creates welcoming spaces where people can pause, reset and reconnect with calm.
